User impact: Users may be unable to send, receive, or search email within Exchange Online. We're reviewing the underlying traffic routing and mailbox infrastructures to prevent similar impact from happening again.

Users may have received the following error message when running search queries "Error: Sorry something went wrong" when utilizing Knowledge Management (KM) portal on Dlnet.įinal status: We've completed the mitigation actions and confirmed that the issue is resolved after an extended period of monitoring.
